Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains our free trial, billing, cancellation, and refund terms. It works together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method at sign-up, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins and your payment method is charged when the trial ends. Trial accounts cannot export.
2. Billing & renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly at the rate for your pricing cohort when you first subscribe (Founding $39 / Early Access $49 / Core $79 per month). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We show the trial length, price, and renewal terms at sign-up.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and your access to the Service ends at that point. Please export anything you want to keep before you cancel — you cannot export after cancellation. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days (or 7 days for trial accounts); during that window it is not accessible to you and can be restored only by contacting support, after which it is permanently deleted.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. The 14-day free trial is there so you can evaluate Trussora before any charge. Cancelling stops all future charges, but we do not refund amounts already paid — except where required by law, or in the case of a clear billing error (such as a duplicate charge), which we will make right. To raise a billing issue, contact support@trussora.ai.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will let you know. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
